Read Sandra Auffarth's announcement and the reasons why on ...
Sandra Auffart: "After careful consideration, I have decided that Opgun Louvo will not compete at international championships anymore.
Wolle is in great shape and we had a very good start into the season. Nevertheless championships are very exhausting and I don’t want Wolle to compete in such events anymore.
Unfortunately that also means that we can’t defend our gold medal at the world equestrian games in Tryon!
Wolle has won 9 medals at 5 championships and I’m more than proud of my “once in a lifetime horse”! ☺
Now I’m looking forward to Aachen - the CHIO will be our annual highlight! Wolle loves the Aachener Soers and we have had so much success at that special event - we have won the Nations Cup 5 times and our personal highlight was winning the individual ranking in 2014, in the other years we were also placed 2nd, 3rd and 4th in the individual ranking.
Let’s see what this year will brings, we are more than motivated!"
